Hello,
Trying to back up this DVD I have problems.
Here is the screen what it says.

Summary for drive E: (AnyDVD 5.6.3.1)
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1

Media is a Data DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)

Clone DVD does not even recognize it when I try to rip to hard drive in order to make my backup.
