Hi all,
I recently reformatted my hard drive and installed everything again. This also included
Nero 7 and InCD. Yesterday, i tried using a UDF DVD disc that I created on my office machine using Nero (albeit older 6.6 something). This disc was recognized fine and dandy in my office comp, but my home comp would not show me the contents. I thought that my drive was conked or something so i downloaded Isobuster and installed it. Well, it showed me the contents on the DVD. However I was unable to extract the ISO since it asked for registration. So I thought maybe somethings wrong with the disc and I tried using a DVD that you get with the computer gaming magazine and it didn't work as well!
I did a lot of googling and came up with nothing about this. As a fluke, I just uninstalled InCD and restarted the comp with the disc still in the drive. Well, the DVD disc worked without any issues after the restart.
So this only points to InCD being responsible in some manner for this strange issue. I dunno what happened exactly... but maybe someone out here can explain this better to me. It surely was annoying, though!!
Thx,
Aquarius
