The BEST method I have found with the current batch of titles is:

1. Drag-n-drop the VIDEO_TS folder from the DVD to your hard drive. I usually make a folder named the same thing as the title of the DVD and drop the VIDEO_TS folder into that one... that keeps things straight.

2. Run whatever program you like.

It's really that simple. Just rip it first.
