KS0B with Fast Burn Patch Released

Again as a thank you to everyone who offered to beta, I'll do a silent release of KS0B FB here as well.

It increases the speed of +R 8x and 12x burning, increasing 12x to around the 6:30 mark. This firmware is crossflash patched but there is no readme file yet. I'd recommend one or two 8x burns first, before trying a 12x burn, to allow the drive to learn correctly.

Please understand that this patch may only work in some drives. I hope it works for you.
