Did you try to rip this movie using only DVD Decrypter? I have read many articles and posts in other forums where this was the only ripping tool needed for Ripguard. Also, since Macrovision is forcing some sites like AfterDawn to remove the software Download, it makes sense.

If Decrypter can rip the movie, then there should be no major problems with compressing or burning. The same is also true, if you can get it to your Hard Drive using AnyDVD. I am pretty sure that the problem in these Ripguard movies lie in the extra PGCs of the main movie VTS. For Madagascar these were PGC 2, 3, 4, & 5 in VTS_08.

If this is also the case for Cinderella Man, then use VobBlanker to blank out the Extra PGCs.
