Re: 1 Click Is A Joke

I have been using 1Click since Dec 2003, have reinstalled it several times on several old and a few new computers; have emailed their tech support asking for resets on registration and have always received an answer within hours and they have always reset for me.

Use their forum, perhaps you are missing something and will find help their, several of their tech support folks and the author of the program visit it daily and provide help when needed.

By the way, the Pro version of 1Click is now available and it is quite remarkable, I was one of the beta testers for it and it is by far my transcoding backup option of choise, encoding I still use DVDRebuilder Pro for.

Most of the problems folks were having with 1Click was actually a problem with the Patten Coffin drivers from VSO but that has been fixed by VSO and the Pro version uses an embedded DLL so you do not even have to install copytodvd anymore.
