I checked an found no
Nero packets running in the background. I also at the suggestion of you and Sockeye made sure the speed control on
Anydvd was disabled. I then went to the sony support site and upgraded my firmware for the drive to the latest revision. Started
CloneDVD2 again making sure the output method was set on DVD Writer as it has been. Watched as it had no problems reading the original disk followed by the prompt for me to insert blank media which I did. Wait as it went through the process of writing to the disk (Light On). After about 20 minutes it said the burn was successful at that time I tried to play it and once again nothing. I again tried to view it in explorer and got no disk errors again. I can turn the disk over and see that it physically burned something on the disk but will not let me see it.
Store bought DVD's will show up in explorer on this drive and I can play them also from this drive. I have had no problem burning regular CD's with this drive too.
