can you tell me where to obtain a number ? - and i'm not quite sure i understand further - do you mean the typical EULA when installing throws a popup, into which you insert a "registration" number?

I haven't had a need to even try and install the software yet - nor use it - just very quickly explored the 1st CD of the 2
i ask - because i acted impulsively and once i found out it was basically worthless without a number (and really outdated at this point) - i just let it collect dust

i suspect they're in competition with anydvdv and
clonedvd2 ? - or is it clonedvd and clonecd2 ?
