When you uninstall make sure you use the AnyDVD uninstall not the windows add/remove programs. Make sure you have the latest version from www.slysoft.com Reboot - reinstall - reboot straight away and see how you get on. Appologies if you have already tried this.
Doing some more reading - make sure you don't have DVD43 installed as well and make sure that you have the latest firmware for both your drives.

Well I tried all the above , I had done the reboot and reinstall a few times before but never hurts to try agian. I am using 5.4.4.1 version and still no luck
