What version of AnyDVD do you have? I know a couple of versions back people reported this problem - I think it was fixed around version 5.2.4.2.

When you uninstall make sure you use the AnyDVD uninstall not the windows add/remove programs. Make sure you have the latest version from www.slysoft.com Reboot - reinstall - reboot straight away and see how you get on. Appologies if you have already tried this.

Doing some more reading - make sure you don't have DVD43 installed as well and make sure that you have the latest firmware for both your drives.

Post back to say how you got on!
