Syndicate? Isn't that a warez related CD? Most of the times these are not copy-protected. Maybe I'm wrong and it's a game. If so you'd better first use a scan program to detect the protection that was used. I personally use Clony for this. It scans the disc and it passes the correct settings to CloneCD. Simple as that
