The new RATattack tools includes a RATbatch.

"RATbatch:
This is a program that does batch processing of DVDs into the ratDVD format. So, if you have a lot of DVDs you want to convert, this is very useful instead of doing it one-by-one. It goes through a whole directory structure and converts every DVD image it finds to a ratDVD in a given target directory. You can even specify the transcoding method and the quality/bitrate. "
