Using anyDVD and Nero Recode...

"Nero Recode 2 encountered an error and cannot continue."
"Failed to read from the file VTS_01_4.VOB"

What does this error indicate? A software problem, a DVD problem or some sort of protection? I hardly ever have problems backing up a DVD, but I've gotten this error twice recently...

I use the default settings in AnyDVD & Recode.

This particular error happens with "ET", and I have the same problem with "Kim Possible:The Secret Files" (for my kids!).

It always seems to happen on the 4th VOB file. The discs "appear" to be in perfect condition - clean, no scratches...

What is the solution? Any help is appreciated!
