Re: conflict with alcohol

lets try to fool the protection to think alcohol isnt installed

1) uninstall alcohol & restart when asked

2) goto c:\program files if the folder "alcohol soft" exsist delete it reinstall alcohol and check "enable expert installation mode" change the installation folder also dont install the "starwind iscsi service" and change the bus/miniport driver names and restart when asked

3) run alcohol get into options goto "virtual drive" and change vendor identification , product identification ,product revision level, heres an example
vendor identification: TOSHIBA
product identification: DVD-ROM SD-M1912
product revision level: TM00

4) if the problem remains get registry commander from here
when in click ctrl+g copy & paste this and click ok
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\{E9F81423-211E-46B6-9AE0-38568BC5CF6F}
click ctrl+e to save that key & its contents to reg file and keep it youll need it when youll wanna uninstall , when done right click the key and click "delete key/value" and exit
