I agree with you 100%! That is if it's a kernel problem at all. I cannot find any info/bug-reports regarding similar problems with this kernel version, so I'm not sure if this is a kernel issue, or a NeroLINUX issue, if you get my point.

Downgrading isn't my idea of fun, so I'll wait and just keep testing with the newest releases.... maybe it'll fix itself, maybe not. As long as my burning still works (so far so good) I'm happy. If I get problems I will downgrade again, it is that simple. The reason I asked is because I couldn't find any info regarding NeroLINUX and this kernel in your above post ;-)

Out of curiosity though, have you also been able to reproduce this problem with 2.6.13?
