umm....that's not the SoundCard name

Can you post the System specs or OEM name ? as well as the Sound Card ?
Start | Run Control sysdm.cpl
(or press the WinKey + Pause/Break Key)
and clcik Advanced tab and then Device Manager and expand the Sound Cards area to see your Card ....choose it to select - then clcik Properties -- try to Update the driver from there
Another way is ti Start | Run DXDIAG
to get info on bothe Video and Audio
