Use Vob Blanker. My method:

1. Rip with AnyDVD and/or DVD Decrypter.
2. Scan through with DVD Shrink. I only use this because I am comfy with the interface and it's easy to see what each and every title is.
3. Use Vob Blanker to kill the titles I don't want.
4. RE-scan with DVD Shrink. See if it's small enough now to use Shrink on it.
5. If not, use DVD Rebuilder.

End of process.
