please, don't missinform people. if you think his PIE and PIF are too high, then you should look at
this scan. As you see, it has perfect reading curve at 8x (well, no faster drives back then), and I bet you it would read more or less fine at 16x (unfortunately I can't find the disk). So by all means, his burn is perfectly normal (i only had few cases where tiny pif mountains like that caused POs).
