how to use Nero Express OEM 6.3.1.23 to convert MPEG to burn with this program??

i have just purchased a Hauppauge PVR USB 2 and have successfully used the proggy Ulead Movie Factory 3 to convert my analog vhs tape to a dvd and the results were excellent.
I have a toshiba notebook, 1.9 ghz, 512 RAM, Intel Pentium 4, Mobile processor and Western Digital External Storage Device 160 gigs.
My External burner is a BenQ 162I (16X) and I have had it and used it for 5 months now connected to a USB 2.0.
I use the media recommended by BenQ which is Maxell, Sony, TDK and Imation R+ and out of 60 have had no coasters, this was with me doing backups for my dvd's and not my vhs analog tapes. i also insure that my firmware is current.
I only mention this as I am very pleased with the unit. BenQ has excellent support in California and I am a Noob and thus follow their advice.
All of my backups are playable on the 5 different brands and vintages of stand alone dvd players.
So I am happy.

Now I am into copying my VHS analog tapes.
The Hauppauge unit that I bought is doing a good job, however I can't figure out how to put the title of the Video at the beginning of the Video when I burn it.

But the reason for this post is to find out how to use Nero Express OEM 6.3.1.23 to burn with.
The sales rep in the store said that he used it and found it a little faster, however he could not of course explain to me how it was done except that he mentioned he had to "Import the video files". Being a Noob, I don't understand that.
I have been browsing the Nero Express proggy and went into DVD- Express and it indicated.."You can use the DVD-Video program to Create DVD-Video playable on consumer DVD players.
To do so add your existing video content Files to Video_TS folder and then click Next and then Add and from there I went to my HD to locate My Videos folder and had 2 choices one was DVD-video file types(bup, vob, ifo) and the second was All Files.

I haven't tried to burn the MPEG files using this method as I don't know if I am in the right section of Nero, nor was there any mention of the word "Import" as mentioned by the sales rep.
And being a Noob having only successfully done backups for existing DVD's I am really uncertain of the process with Nero Express and converting MPEGS so that they will burn onto my DVD.
I hope that someone may be able to set out the steps of how I go about finding this in the Nero program and doing this.
I simply want to compare the end results of the Ulead Movie Factory 3 and the Nero.

I hope that there is someone out there that could provide the steps to do this.
Thanking you in advance.
Respectful Regards!
