I have unusual problem when i try to copy an avi file from My documents to D: drive, i get an error :"Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file, What do u want windows to do? " Cancel or Retry

I installed service pack and the same problems appears. Does anyone know what is wrong, and how can i fix it.
