Free DVD ripper:dvd shrink(more easier and better)
Free DVD Burner:dvd descrypter (dvd shrink can intergrate to it)
Free 16:9 to 4:3: well i cant think of any but a good trial version (which has full features but it puts a watermark on the finished product) is WinAvi Converter whihc is the fastest video converter (and also widescreen to full)
