Supposidly the heavier the PSU the better. So if you buy a cheap one and a good PSU you will find that the good one will be way heavier compared to the cheap one. The heavier the better because it will have bigger heatsinks capacitors and circutry, though this isnt scientific method it supposidly help you spot the crap from the good if your out and about.
