I would like to recommend adding Enhance PSUs to the "good" list. I value them very high. They are also recommended on AMD's website.

Furthermore, I can hardly agree more with you about Q-Tec. Their PSUs look, feel and perform like garbage. On most mainboard/hardware-forums people strongly recommend against buying Q-tec.
