First of all, delete all instances of DVD43free. Do a search and delete them. Then and only then use
AnyDVD. You can not run them at the same time, it renders them both useless. When you have AnyDVD in your computer look down at the icons in the system tray. Put your DVD that you want copy in the drive and wait about 30 sec. Then run your mouse over the little red fox in sys. tray and it should say 1 on. The and only then open your Oneclick software. Set your options and you are on your way. The first time try a movie only copy with no options checked and let us know.
