Hi,

Here's a question. Film is played at 24fps. PAL is at 25fps and NTSC is at 29.976 or 30fps. Now, when it comes to a film to DVD transfer there should be a difference in runtime in both formats. For instance, say a movie has a runtime of 100min in film. So when it is converted to PAL and NTSC will there be a difference between the run times and if yes, how much will that be?
