This is my favorite one of all time!

When in the Star trek III movie- The Wrath of Khan, Kirk fools Kahn again who is supposed to have a superior intellect provided thru the wonders of genetic engineering. Kirk has repaired the Enterprise unbeknownst to Kahn and now has the ability to jump to warp drive. Kirk had just killed Khans son in a battle between the Enterprise and the Reliant which Khan has hijacked from the Federation. Khan, who is gravely injured on the bridge as well, in a last ditch effort of revenge, arms the Genesis device to explode into a Nebula that both ships have been hiding in during the battle. He thinks he can kill Kirk with it ..even though he will die himself....also he can see the Enterprise on his viewscreen as it slowly limps away under impulse power...Kahn says:

"No...the game's not over."

Then my favorite line from Khan: "No...no, you can't get away...from hell's heart, I stab at thee...for hate's sake, I spit my last breath...at thee..."

as he pushes the plunger on the device he watches the screen only to see the Enterprise go into warp a second before the Genesis detonates. Kewl!
