Just installed the UK Info Disk v10 from the June PC Format Mag.
How does this protection work.Is it something to do with crypkey or something. When I installed the software,I was asked to register name details etc. This allowed me to use the software for 40 free searches.Was told not to defrag my hardrive because Id lose my licence.I have looked for this licence,but cant find it anywhere on my drive.I have done a search for modifed files with no success.If I try to re install it say you have allready used it.Been into my registryand removed anything related to UK Info disk.
Can anybody tell me how this works and is it likely that we may get a crack for it.
