ok, i have another solution for u, find some one who owns a Lite-on CD-RW , and give him the CD's, and i'm sure it will read them with no problems at ALL, i have one myself, and til the moment it has NEVER made a mistake with PW software, the errors were always made by the other drives, my Mitsumi, NEC, LG, and the laptop's Toshiba drive, the disc becomes readonly, and in many cases UNREADABLE, or reads as empty, but, my Litey can always read them back with no errors at all.. maybe u can get urself a litey??
