I installed the two TS-H552B's yesterday on this system. They'd been out of use for months. Though BenQ, Lite-On, and LG drives work just as they used to, the two Samsung drives cannot even recognize disks properly while consuming a tremendous percentage of CPU power.

Maybe something went wrong inside due to external shock. DVD writers are fragile.
