I've been using InCD for the latest 3 years and after to lost about 2 Gb of precious data I gave up to use it. Recently I updated the InCD for the latest (May 2005) version 43111. I run Wix XP Pro + SP1 + SP2 and all updates. After to close an InCD recording session, suddenly the CD-RW becomes unreadable. All data simply disapeared from the disc! I tried everything to recover the data but I was not able to. Packet writing softwares may be a clever idea and practical. But on my opinion it is unreliable to store any serious backups. I lost (on the past) 3 CD-RWs packed with precious data which simply disapeared from the discs. I won't use this packet writing softwares anymore, and I strongly suggest you do not use it too!
